The "Business Start-up Tools & Find Your Competition and Team" course is designed to provide budding entrepreneurs with the essential tools and knowledge required to start a business and successfully navigate the competitive landscape. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of different business structures, explore vital start-up tools, and learn effective strategies for finding and analyzing competition as well as building a solid team.

100A: Business Start-up Tools & Find Your Competition and Team
In the "Understanding Your Business Idea" course, students will engage in activities and discussions to identify their core life and business goals, conceptualize their primary business idea, and explore the multifaceted nature of market diversification. The course will also cover the distinctions between creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship and the importance of maintaining a competitive advantage. By the end of the course, students will have a clear vision of their business concept, aligned with their personal aspirations and equipped with strategies for market entry and growth.

100B: Understanding Your Business Idea
In "Building From Ground Zero," students will engage in various activities and discussions to identify the most accessible and feasible business ideas, develop concise and compelling elevator pitches, create clear mission and vision statements, and determine their core competencies. The course also covers the concept of a minimum viable product, helping students to focus on the essential features needed to launch their business. By the end of the course, students will have a clear, actionable plan to start their business with the resources they currently have.

110: Building from ground zero
In "How to Stand Out?", students will explore strategies to distinguish their business by focusing on impactful innovations, efficient use of resources, and targeted market differentiation. The course covers the importance of offering products or services that align with primary energy, the power of three in business choices, understanding and adjusting to fair market value, and applying the VRIO framework to achieve a competitive advantage. By the end of the course, students will have a clear plan to make their business stand out in the market.

100: How to stand out?
In "Who Will You Serve?", students will explore methods to identify gaps in the market, understand their target audience's pain points, and create empathy maps to visualize their ideal customers. The course covers the use of primary and secondary data to gather insights, the development of mission and vision statements aligned with customer needs, and the creation of mood boards to represent the target audience visually. By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of their target market and the tools to serve them effectively.

100: Who will you serve?
In "Go Get Them!", students will explore different revenue models, understand how to penetrate markets effectively, and learn to create strong brand associations. The course covers the implementation of various revenue models, strategies for entering and growing in the market, and the importance of points of parity and difference in establishing a brand. By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive plan to generate revenue, penetrate their target market, and create a memorable and impactful brand presence.

The "Financial Health: Establishing and Growing Your Business Credit" course, divided into four different classes (Financial Health 100: A, B, C, D), is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to build, manage, and grow business credit effectively. This course covers the fundamentals of business credit, steps to establish it, strategies to grow and leverage credit, and best practices for monitoring and maintaining credit health. By understanding and managing business credit, students will be better prepared to secure financing, optimize cash flow, and support their business's long-term growth and stability.

In "Developing a Plan!", students will utilize the Business Model Canvas to create a structured and comprehensive business plan. The course will cover customer segmentation, value proposition, channels, revenue streams, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. By the end of the course, students will have a complete business model that is ready for implementation and can guide their entrepreneurial journey.
